Ink Printing

Mrs Tweed was in our classs room and Mickey and I did some lnk printing. We cut out a mouth, eyes and a nose of cardboard and we did some painting on it. We used blue, red, green and yellow paint. When we were finished, we put our work out to dry. It was cool.

Olympic Games

We have been doing some work at school about the Olympic games that are in China. We did a poster of faces and words about the Olympics. We made an Olympic torch. Sharna Emma and I made a Mascot dragon too.

Room 10

Today we went to Room 10 with Mrs Phillips. We all got an activity book about Beijing to finish off in our classroom. I like the wordfind best. We also did some colouring in and practised writing chinese numbers.

Dental nurse

Dylan and Sandra went to the dental nurse. We went to see the nurse after morning tea. The Dental nurse is be beside room 1. we went to see the nurse to check my teeth. My teeth are ok.

In the Jungle

We did some dancing. It was called the lion sleeps tonight. We did it in room 9 after the morning tea bell went. It was cool and nice. I liked it.

Holidays are finished.

We are back to school today. Mr Scarfe is away today. It is good to be back at school.

Cool Bananas

We have been to cool bananans today in the library. We watched the game. The game was called play with the cup. I like going to cool bananas on Fridays and I like the game too.

The New Kitchen

We had new cupboards and a bench top and a new tap. Uncle Paul came last week on Friday. Friday was 20th june to do the bench top.

Yellow Bedroom

After Queens birthday my bed room was painted yellow and my Mums room has been painted too and the hallway has been painted too. The hallway is cream. I like my yellow bedroom.

Shopping for Carpet

Mum and I went to the carpet shop. It was beside the gym. It was cool. All the carpet was new. We went on Saturday. Saturday was the 24th of May. We went because we needed new carpet for Holly's bedroom and for the living room.

Bulbs

Today Sandra, Emma and I, walked to a new shop. It was called Palmers Greenworld. It was cool. We looked at the bulbs and 3 birds. We bought a packet of bulbs to plant in our Room 9 garden.

Cross Country

The children did lots of running. We took 100 photos of the kids when they were running on the footpath. We cheered at them too. I like cross country. It was cool. We had a lot of fun.

Cool Bananas

We have been to Cool Bananas this morning. It was cool. I like Cool Bananas because they have a story and games.

Police Woman Heidi

Today Constable Heidi a police woman came to room 9. She was talking about keeping ourselves safe. She was a good woman.

The Weekend

I had a good weekend. On Saturday Holly and Gemma had netball. On Sunday we went to the meeting and we went to the mission meeting as well. It was Mothers day. I gave my Mum a card. I helped my Mum take everything out of the cupboard so the builder could cut the old cupboard out and put the new cupboard in for the kitchen.

Plays

We did some plays. My play was called the cat and the cheese. Carys is Blacky. And Lisa is Stripey. And I am wise old Tom. I liked doing the play. It was cool .

Rarotanga

My family went to
Rarotonga. The big plane took us over there. My family came to rarotonga for 8 days. We came for a holiday. We went to our room. Mum and Dads room was called 308 and my room was called 309. We went swimming at the beach in the sea. We went horse riding in the sea too. We ate lots of fruit. We went driving in the blue and silver cars. Dad and Gemma went on the skooter and they got very wet from the rain. We had lots of fun.

Funky fun day

On Wednesday we went to funky fun day at the Mount. We went there in Mr Scarfe's car. We played hockey and rugby and soccer and basketball. We sat on a seat when we had a break. I enjoyed kicking the ball around in soccer.

Clay

Today we made monkey faces out of clay. I made a girl monkey. We made them on the tray. The
monkey faces were cool and nice. The clay felt soft and wet. I liked playing with the clay.

The Weekend

I had a good weekend. On Sunday we went to the meeting. After the meeting we went home up to 4.00. We went to the mission. Then we went to Omas house and i had a bath at Omas.

Hospital visit

We have been to the hospital to get my heart looked at and we had a big ride on the treadmill. It got faster and faster. Then it got slow down.

Builders at home

The builders are at Mums house all the week. They are working at our house. They will be finished one day. They had a day off in the weekend. When we are out, they do some work at our house. They are cool. They got a job as a builder when they were growing up.

birds nest

MIKEY and i made a nest todayfor a fantail.It was made from leaves, twigs and hay.

Hospital

I have been to hospital on Monday 3rd of March 2008. It was cool and nice and good. I like it. It was lots of fun. It was a nice day. We were in ward 23b . I had a heart chip put in.
